  • Yes! We offer a free 30-minute intro consultation for all new clients. It’s a chance to meet your trainer, discuss your goals, ask questions, and see if our approach is the right fit for you—no pressure, no commitment.

  • Yes, all classes and sessions must be booked in advance to secure your spot as class sizes are limited. You can book easily through our App or contact us on christine@hivefitness.ie

  • Just bring a water bottle, towel, and comfortable workout gear.

  • Sessions are 45 minutes long and begin on the hour. Please do not arrive early, as other clients may still be finishing their session. If you arrive late, your session will still end at quarter to the hour to allow time to prepare for the next booking. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

  • Yes, we have a clean, secure changing area with shower and lockers available for all our members

  • Absolutely! We offer 1:1 personal training as well as group PT options. Our experienced trainers will work with you to create a plan that suits your goals.

  • Yes, we have a dedicated injury rehab and sports massage service with our specialist Christine, who offers personalised treatment and recovery plans.

  • Parking is available at the Community Field which is right across from the entrance to the gym, or there is also on-street parking
